ABOUT KOH BEAUTY

IS KOH BEAUTY CRUELTY-FREE?

Our lashes are cruelty-free. What does this mean? It means our lashes are only created with synthetic blended fibres and a cotton band. We don't support any kind of animal testing or ingredients. Our future goal is to be Cruelty-Free certified to make it official!

IS KOH BEAUTY VEGAN?

Yes, our products are suited for vegans. There is no animal based ingredients or fibres in our products.

IS THERE A PR LIST?

We are not taking any applications for ambassadors or influencers at this time, but that is something we will be implementing in the future.

 

PRODUCT INFORMATION

DO LASHES COME WITH GLUE?

No, none of our lashes come with any glue unless shown in the image or description. Single box lashes currently don't come with any glue.

IS THERE ANY LATEX ON LASH BAND?

No, there is no latex in the pieces of glue that stick the lash to the container. We wanted to avoid anyone having an allergic reaction, especially for those with sensitive eyes.

HOW TO APPLY LASHES?

  1. Carefully remove first lash from lash tray.
  2. Hold the lash against your lash line to measure the length of your eye. 
  3. Trim the lash strip where it extends from your outer corner. 
  4. Apply lash adhesive along the lash band and allow glue to sit for about 30 seconds or until glue becomes tacky.
  5. Use tweezers, eyelash applicator or hands to place lashes as close to your natural lash line as possible.
  6. Apply mascara (optional) and/or apply liner to fill in any gaps.

WHATS THE LASH BAND MATERIAL?

The lash band is made of premium cotton to avoid any irritation, even for the most sensitive of eyes. This also allows the lash band to be extremely flexible for easier application.

HOW MANY TIMES CAN THE LASHES BE WORN?

With proper care after every use, the lashes can be worn up to twenty five times. Since the lashes are delicate, we recommend regular care after every use.

HOW TO REMOVE LASHES?

To remove lashes, we recommend a micellar solution on a cotton swab thats applied to the lash line or on a cotton round and gently held onto eye. Never use oil or oil based products on lashes. The oil will damage the delicate lash fibres.

SHIPPING, RETURNS & PAYMENTS

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?

Once an order is placed we are no longer able to make any changes to the order. If you wish to make order changes please contact info@kohbeauty.ca to submit a cancellation. Once the order is canceled please place an order with the correct items.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you wish to cancel your order please email info@kohbeauty.ca as soon as possible. We try our best to ship out orders and once an order is dispatched we can't cancel the order. Order Cancellations will be considered but cannot be guaranteed. 

HOW LONG TO PROCESS ORDER?

Upon receiving your order confirmation email notification, your order can take between 2 – 4 business days to process and ship (excluding weekends and holidays). Please note that during special promotions or sales, processing can take between 4 – 7 business days due to an influx of orders. 

I WAS CHARGED CUSTOMS?

Any orders outside of the Canada (International Orders) may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by your country’s customs department upon arrival. The recipient of the order is the importer of record and is responsible for all import fees, as well as complying with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Koh Beauty does not collect duties and taxes and cannot provide any information on the cost of duty and taxes. Customs policies differ from country to country and we recommend contacting your local customs office for any additional information.

Pricing on the website is subject to change without notice. Orders placed before promotions are not eligible to receive new promotions or discounts. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to unauthorized, altered, or ineligible use of the offer, and to modify or cancel any promotion due unforeseen issues.

MY ITEMS ARRIVED DAMAGED. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

We understand that you may receive damaged items due to transit. If a product is defective or damaged, this must be reported within 30 days of delivery with proof of purchase and photos. If the product is deemed defective, Koh Beauty will replace the product at no additional charge to the customer. Please contact customer care for more details at info@kohbeauty.ca
